Most potential sites come with their own ‘challenges’, be it previous planning problems, land contamination, or site clearance requirements. Our team are experienced in these areas and prepared to work through the issues to plan a site you will be delighted to have previously owned.

Our success record in planning approvals is exceptionally high because we invest a great deal of time, effort, and money in promoting and planning worthy sites.

This is all accomplished with the help and advice of our architects, planning consultants and designers. We work closely with landowners, neighbours, local authorities, communities and other stakeholders to mitigate any problems which may affect a satisfactory approval and to deliver places in which people want to live.

We purchase land for cash with or without planning permission.

OUR MAIN CRITERIA FOR LAND

Located in Norfolk or Suffolk
Brownfield (previously built-on) or greenfield.
Potential for anything from one dwelling to sites up to 100 units.
Residential or mixed-use sites.
New build or conversions (including barns, warehouses etc.).
