Meet the team

Design and Style

The look and feel of a quintessential East Anglian style home is extremely popular and comforting.  People warm to the shapes, materials, colours and scale.

We embrace this architecture and replicate the look of those old traditional buildings but with all the convenience and efficiencies which a new home provides.  Special attention is also paid to the landscaping including the planting, walls and paths which surround our homes.  Careful consideration to the layout of the exteriors helps soften the look and embed the new dwellings within their often mature backgrounds.

Our homes are designed and built as a cluster of individual dwellings which over time age and blend in exquisitely with their surroundings.

Quality and Modern Living

Because we use the finest traditional materials and skilful local craftsmen the quality is evident from the moment you visit our sites.

The variation of materials includes flint, lime mortar, featheredge boarding, clay or slate roof tiles and various high quality bricks. But, do not be mistaken by the ‘old feel’ of  the building, these new homes are fitted with modern appliances and creature comforts to give you the best of both worlds.

Environment and Running Costs

Whilst appearing traditional in look, all new homes are fitted with various modern state of the art energy efficient appliances and materials.

From enhanced insulation through to A rated boilers, air source pumps, other heating and water saving devices, these all help reduce your household bills and protect the environment.

Our Reputation and Guarantee

Burgess Homes are renowned locally for their quality, individual style and attention to detail.

Each house is quality checked at every stage of construction to leave you with a house you will be proud to call your home.
